Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to review your order details. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and during holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Pre-ordered nails ship within 7–14 business days. Ready-to-ship nails typically arrive within 5–8 business days with Standard Shipping or 3–5 business days with Express Shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Fee

Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $79.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@shoppoppynails.com, and we'll do our best to update the address before your order ships. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped and can no longer be changed. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Poppy Nails is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship it. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. Poppy Nails is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

International Shipping
