We highly recommend measuring your nails before placing an order. You can use a soft measuring tape or the tape-and-mark method shown in our Size Guide.
All measurements are in millimeters (mm). If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

Because our nail sets are handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
We kindly ask all customers to carefully review the Size Guide before completing their purchase. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

Yes. Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference changes
- Minor color variations due to screen display

For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails are considered personal-use beauty items. Additionally, each set is handcrafted with care and often made to order. Because of this, we are unable to resell returned items. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Pre-ordered nails ship within 7–14 business days. Ready-to-ship nails typically arrive within 5–8 business days with Standard Shipping or 3–5 business days with Express Shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Yes! We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $79.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we’re always happy to help guide you.

Yes! With proper removal and care, our nails can be reused multiple times.

Wear time depends on the application method:
- Adhesive tabs: 1–3 days
- Nail glue: 2–3 weeks
We recommend choosing adhesive tabs or glue that best suits your needs. Proper prep and application significantly improve longevity.

Yes. Every Poppy Nails set is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of this, slight variations may occur — making each set yours uniquely.

We do our best to accurately display colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Orders & Changes

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Once an order has entered production or shipping, changes cannot be made. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@shoppoppynails.com

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@shoppoppynails.com, and we'll do our best to update the address before your order ships. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped and can no longer be changed.
